Important note: 0Cr21Al6 is NOT stainless alloy. Dry working environment is required to prevent rusting. For reducing atmosphere application: peroxidation treatment (2h above 1000°C in open air) is mandatory. This procedure builds a dense aluminium protective layer to defend the wire or ribbon against subsequent chemical erosion.
