Incoloy 925
Description:
Incoloy 925 (UNS N09925) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. It combines the high strength of a precipitaiton-hardenable alloy with the excellent corrosion resistance of Incoloy alloy 825.
Features:
Protection in oxidizing and reducing atmosphere
Resistance to chloride ion stress-corrosion cracking
Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
Applications:
Valves, hangers, packers, and tubulars for sour gas production
Marine fasteners and pump shafts
