1J50 (Permalloy 50 / FeNi50) is a nickel-iron soft magnetic alloy containing approximately 50% nickel, renowned for its high magnetic permeability, high saturation magnetic induction (up to 1.55每1.60 T), and low coercivity. As a member of the permalloy family, 1J50 occupies a unique "power-sensitivity balance zone" among soft magnetic materials〞offering significantly higher saturation induction than 80% Ni permalloys like 1J85, while maintaining good permeability and lower cost. This makes it the material of choice for magnetic cores, transformers, inductors, sensors, magnetic shielding, and precision instruments across electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, and defense industries.
