Important Reminder: Magnetic properties-rather than mechanical properties-constitute the primary basis for acceptance testing. We provide actual test reports detailing the measured magnetic properties; typically, these tests are conducted in accordance with ASTM A596 or A773 standards. If a supplier states, "We guarantee only the chemical composition, not the magnetic properties," we strongly advise exercising extreme caution before purchasing such materials.

Processing Guidance & Core Technical Notes
Key Processing Rules
Professional Final Annealing Process (Core Process for Optimal Magnetic Performance)
- Heating Temperature: 1121∼C 每 1177∼C
- Holding Time: 2 每 4 hours
- Atmosphere Requirement: Must use dry pure hydrogen with dew point ˉ -40∼C; vacuum annealing delivers inferior magnetic performance and is not recommended for high-precision applications
- First-stage Cooling: Furnace cool naturally to 593∼C
- Second-stage Controlled Cooling: Strictly control cooling rate at 194∼C 每 334∼C per hour during cooling from 593∼C to 371∼C
